OK. So here's what you can try...

1. Verify that you have SMART Notebook installed on your Mac. If not, please check the Self Service app on your Dock.

2. Quit all open Applications

3. Verify that you have good line-of-sight between the SMART Bluetooth adapter plugged DIRECTLY (not using a USB splitter) into your MacBook and the SMARTboard

4. Go to the SMARTboard and press and hold the top button until the light begins to rapidly flash

5. Quickly go to the MacBook and press and hold the button until the light begins to rapidly flash

6. Once both device lights are solid GREEN, launch the Notebook app
