MAC BASICS OVERVIEW
This "Mac Basics" website from Apple walks a user through features on the Macbook. This is good to go through if you are a user that is new to using a Macbook.

MASTER YOUR TRACKPAD
On your Macbook, go to SYSTEM PREFERENCES > TRACKPAD. Click through the choices for the trackpad which brings up accompanying video clips to figure out how to effectively use the new trackpad. Spend some time with this built-in tutorial so you can set the Mac trackpad the way you want for your work!
