Wireless Connectivity Troubleshooting

Staff who travel from room to room sometimes maintain the connection from the previous room and cant connect to the wireless when they move again. We recommend restarting the laptop as this will release the previous connection.

Windows users can also try cycling the wireless card by hitting the wireless button in the upper right corner of the laptop.

Please submit a ticket if these quick fixes don't work and you still cant connect.
