1st Rule of troubleshooting

The first rule of troubleshooting, before a help desk ticket is created is to stop and then restart your computer.

Ask yourself, Did the problem just start happening ? Did it work yesterday and not today ?

So many things are happening on your computer when you work on it. We have found that many problems are solved on a system reboot. Then computer has a chance to start up fresh clearing out the memory and hopefully your problems.

If the problem still exists after a restart then create and submit a ticket.
