Phishing? Ransomware? (Also known as, bothersome!)
What can you do if you have received an email requesting you to send money because your account was hacked? Click on the "Report spam" button on the toolbar so that the system "learns" this type of email message.
We'd suggest changing your password if you are worried someone accessed your account. A secure password is at least eight random characters containing upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. Eight characters is the minimum, but you can choose to go longer.
