Go under the Chrome menu and select Preferences
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Advanced"
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Restore settings to their original defaults"
Then, click the BLUE button to "Reset settings"
It may take a few minutes
When it's complete, quit Chrome and restart the computer
You'll need to sign back into your Google account after the computer restarts
